We built the whole process around one thing: your time. You book, you do a quick intake, your nurse shows up, and forty-five minutes later you're done. That's it.
Browse the menu, pick the drip that fits what you need, and choose a two-hour arrival window. Same-day appointments are available across most of Utah County and Salt Lake depending on availability.
Before your first visit, you'll complete a brief telehealth good-faith exam with our Nurse Practitioner. Done entirely on your phone. A short health questionnaire and a quick review to make sure IV therapy is appropriate for you. You only do this once. Return visits are a quick update check.
Your licensed RN comes to you within the arrival window you chose. Home, office, hotel room, wherever you are. They bring everything needed and have you set up in just a few minutes. You won't be asked to move furniture, clear a room, or do anything special to prepare.
Your nurse handles the IV setup, monitors the drip, and checks in throughout. You do whatever you'd normally do. Watch something, take calls, read, rest. The drip runs for about 45 minutes depending on the formula. Then your nurse packs up, cleans up, and you're done.
Utah law requires a good-faith exam before IV therapy can be administered. It's not a formality. It's how we make sure IV therapy is safe and appropriate for you specifically. Our NP reviews every intake before your first visit.
First-timers always ask the same questions. Here's what the actual visit looks like from the moment your nurse walks in to the moment they leave.
Your nurse introduces themselves, does a quick vitals check, and reviews your intake form. They set up a clean workspace wherever you're comfortable: couch, bed, desk chair. Takes about 5 minutes.
A small catheter goes into a vein in your forearm or hand. Most people describe it as a quick pinch. Once it's in you won't feel it. The drip line connects and the infusion starts.
You're free to do whatever you want. Watch TV, take calls, work on your laptop. Your nurse stays with you and checks in periodically. You'll notice the bag draining over 40-45 minutes.
When the bag is done your nurse removes the catheter, applies a small bandage, and cleans up everything. All sharps and medical waste leave with them. You're left with nothing to do.
The IV placement is a quick pinch, comparable to a standard blood draw. Once the catheter is placed you won't feel it. Some formulas with magnesium or vitamin C cause a mild warm sensation during the drip, which is normal. NAD+ can cause flushing or warmth if run too fast, which is why we administer it slowly.
Not much. A couch, a recliner, or a bed with a side table is plenty. Your nurse brings a portable IV stand and a small kit. You don't need to clear a room or do anything special to prepare.
It depends on the drip and your baseline. Hydration drips tend to work fastest. Most people feel noticeably better within an hour if they were dehydrated. The Myers' Cocktail effect is often felt the next morning. NAD+ clients typically report the clearest cognitive effect the day after infusion.
IV therapy isn't appropriate for everyone. People with kidney disease, congestive heart failure, or certain blood disorders may not be good candidates. Pregnant women should consult their OB before booking. Our good-faith intake process is designed to catch contraindications before your nurse arrives. If anything in your health history is a concern, our NP will reach out before your appointment.
For most people, once a week is the upper limit for standard vitamin drips. Most of our members do one or two per month, which is where the research shows the most consistent benefit. NAD+ is typically done as a series initially, then monthly for maintenance. Your nurse can advise based on what you're looking to get out of it.
Adverse reactions to standard IV vitamin therapy are rare but possible. Your RN is trained to recognize and respond to them. They carry emergency supplies and will stop the drip immediately if anything feels off. All sessions are documented. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, make sure to include them in your intake form.
