Utah grants Nurse Practitioners full practice authority under Utah Code §58-31b. That means our NP medical director can serve as sole medical director without a collaborating physician. That's exactly how we operate.
Every drip is administered under standing orders written and reviewed by our NP. Every client completes a good-faith intake before their first visit. Visit notes are recorded through the staff tools.

Standing orders
Written clinical protocols govern every drip we administer. Your RN arrives with a protocol tailored to your intake, not a generic one-size-fits-all approach.
Visit documentation
Nurses record SOAP notes through the staff tools. The client portal shows appointments and membership. To request health records, contact hello@getdrip.plus without including medical details in your first email.
Malpractice coverage
Every RN who administers a drip carries professional malpractice insurance. You're covered by a properly insured, properly supervised clinical practice.
