No. Membership is month to month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your paid benefits continue until the end of the billing period. No contract, no termination fee.

Yes. The member discount applies to the full drip menu, including NAD+.
Book a visit within your current paid billing period. The included drip covers up to the Alta value; for a higher-priced drip, you pay the difference with 20% off. All add-ins are 20% off. Unused included drips do not roll over.
Yes. At booking, choose "book this visit for a guest" and enter their name, phone, and email. We'll send them their own health intake form to complete before the visit so your nurse is prepared. The visit runs on your card.
Member benefits pause until the invoice is paid. Sign in to your membership portal to update your card. You can still book at regular price.
Your current plan stays as is until you choose to switch. A switch takes effect at your next renewal, with no mid-period charge.
